Who We Are

An integrated agribusiness built on coffee

Our Vision

“To build a reputable, integrated and profitable agribusiness coffee enterprise in partnership with local farming households and economically empowered farm workers.”

Tarl Eco Farms is an integrated agribusiness enterprise specialising in the production, processing and trading of high-quality specialty Robusta coffee. Our core farming and value-addition operations are located in Ntungamo Municipality, Ntungamo District, Ankole Region, Western Uganda.

What sets us apart is our commitment to traceability, quality and community. We don’t just grow coffee — we build ecosystems of prosperity for the farming households, workers and communities that make our operations possible.

Founded on the belief that Uganda’s Robusta coffee is among the finest in the world, we are positioning Tarl Eco Farms as the definitive specialty Robusta supplier — ethically sourced, consistently excellent and fully traceable from farm to cup.

The Opportunity

A growing global appetite for fine Robusta

The specialty coffee market is undergoing a transformation. Fine Robusta — traceable, consistent, ethically sourced — is the next frontier. Uganda’s Ankole highlands are perfectly positioned to lead.

  • The global specialty coffee market is projected to grow by $39.17B between 2023 and 2027, at a CAGR of 7.43%.
  • Specialty roasters like Röstlabor (Switzerland) and Black Sheep Coffee (UK) are already championing fine Robusta.
  • Limited supply of traceable, consistent-quality Robusta creates a compelling first-mover advantage.
  • Exporters like Beanspire Coffee (Thailand) and Fazenda Venturim (Brazil) demonstrate international appetite.
