Godber W. Tumushabe

Godber grew up in a coffee-farming household in Western Uganda. His deep connection to coffee and farming households motivated him to pursue education and become a lawyer and policy analyst. He has advised governments and international agencies on agriculture, trade, environment and natural resources, and science and technology policy. A celebrated social entrepreneur and community organiser, he brings the same vision and tenacity to Tarl Eco Farms that he has applied to national and international policy challenges.

William Rugaama

William has a strong affinity for numbers and excels in providing technical support for financial management, system design and automation. He focuses on enhancing business efficiency by integrating finance and IT tools for management and transactions. His personal background growing up in a coffee-farming household in Ankole fuels his deep passion for Tarl Eco Farms’ mission, bringing both technical precision and genuine emotional investment to building the financial backbone of the enterprise.

Jerome Nuwabaasa

Jerome is an electrical engineer and project-management professional with extensive experience in business operations design and scaling. He specialises in business modelling and the management of industrial process flows, with a background supporting SMEs in resource efficiency and cleaner production as an energy systems engineer at the Uganda Industrial Research Institute. He founded Jercorp Consults Limited — a startup focused on agricultural production and agro-processing management using emerging digital technologies.
